In order to maintain the highest level of care and to give patients the time and attention they deserve, Dr. White will be welcoming only a limited number of new patients to her practice.

Our Financial Policy:
Please understand that our office is committed to providing the best possible service to our patients. Feel free to discuss any concerns or questions regarding this policy with Dr. White or her staff.

Dr. White is a contracted provider with the following insurance carriers: Medicare, Cottage Hospital and Tricare. Patient's visits are billed directly to carriers. Patients with Medicare and secondary carriers are responsible for any balance not covered by carriers.

Patients with other types of PPO insurance are asked to pay for their visit at the time of service and are reimbursed directly by their carriers at the “non-contracted” or out-of-network rate. This is some percentage of the billed fee and variable depending on your carrier. HMO insurance does not cover services through this office. As a patient courtesy, we employ a billing service who submits claims to your insurance company.

We request payment for services at each visit and accept cash, checks, Visa and Master Card. If this is a hardship for anyone, Dr. White is happy to make other arrangements for payment so please discuss this with her if necessary. A fee schedule is available on request.

Keep in mind that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Please, be aware that not all services (i.e. annual physical exams) are covered by all insurances and that it is the patient’s responsibility to know their coverage and to pay for non-covered services.
